Glass Blowing Classes at Larchmere Fire Works – Blown Piece – Class Ticket/Gift Certificate

Have you ever watched a glass blower manipulating molten glass on the end of a pipe and wonder how they do it?
Well this is your chance to find out! Come to Larchmere Fire Works and try it yourself!
In this hands on class, you will be guided by our instructor to create your own blown glass piece.

Choose to make a Ball, Drink Glass, Shot Glass, Bud Vase, Hanging Vase, Pickle, Ornament, Pumpkin, or Witch’s ball

• Pieces will anneal (cool slowly in a kiln to prevent breakage) and you can pick it up a few days later.
• Ticket includes all materials, color, and (sanitized) safety equipment.
• Closed toed shoes are strongly encouraged. (They’re your toes, but broken and molten glass…just saying.)
• Masks are Required.

Classes are private individual or private groups only.

• Classes may be scheduled Tuesday-Sunday, noon-7pm. Text or call (216) 246-4716 for availability.
• All guests must be participating and pre-purchase a ticket. Sorry, no walk-ins at this time.
• Extra pieces may be purchased in person if time allows.

Alternate Glassblowing  Class Options:

• $40 Solid Piece : Paperweight, Heart, Cat, Bird, Squirrel, Shamrock, Flower, Ring Holder, or Sun Catcher
• $60 – Blown Piece:  Ball, Small cup, Bud Vase, Hanging Vase, Pickle, Ornament, Pumpkin, Witch’s ball
• $75 – Advanced Class: Medium Bowl, Beer Mug, Snowman, or Cat in Hat
• $75-Blacksmithing Intro: 1.5hr class -Learn the basics of blacksmithing including fire control, tool control, metal heating, twisting, tapering, and more.
• $90 Glassblowing/Blacksmithing Combo: Choose from Blown or  Solid glass piece and also learn to Forge a complimentary Metal piece (Popular combos are Glass Ball and Metal Stand, Metal Hook and Hanging Vase or Swirl Hook and Sun Catcher
• Make it a memorial piece (+$20)  the process to add ashes to glass is challenging but we would be honored to help you create a memorial to your loved one. We need to know ahead to we can prepare the ashes for you.
• A Printable Gift Certificate will be issued via email after purchase.
  Classes must be scheduled in advance.
  Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class time to retain value.
